Celebrating Nutella Day with Easy Nutella Cake

Yay, I was so excited to participate in first ever competition of blogging world and that too, with Nutella. I never tasted Nutella but when I had one for the competition, I couldn't resist, GOOD NEWS that being diet conscious, DH bought one with SKIM MILK :)
And now in order to celebrate the BIG DAY I didn't forget to reduce some calories from the cake I was going to make.
This cake is VERY EASY to make and if you have a microwave, it is ready in 8 Minutes!!!

Here's the recipe

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar (I used sweetener here)
1/2 cup oil (I used canola oil)
1 cup milk (I used skim milk)
1 cup maize flour
1 cup cocoa powder
2tsp baking powder
1 pinch Vanilla Essence
2 tbsp Nutella
2 tsp Cinnamon (I love the taste)

Method
In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil and milk.Blend well. Now add Maize flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla essence, nutella and cinnamon, mix well again until the mixture gets fluffy texture. Pour the mixture in baking tray and bake.

For Oven: Set timer for 30 mins and temperature:200 Degree Celsius
For Microwave: Set timer for 8 mins and done.
